Taiwan-Asia Semiconductor Corporation, founded in 1983, is a manufacturer that develops and produces silicon bare chips such as photodiodes, phototransistors, Zener diodes, two-element (GaP), and three-element (AlGaAs/GaAsP) LED bare chips. In October 2022, the company changed its name from Optotech Corporation to Taiwan-Asia Semiconductor Corporation. They have an extensive lineup of silicon conveyor chips and LED bare chips with one of the largest production volumes in the world. They also develop products tailored to customer needs.
